Balloons are un-inflated (flat packaging), you can add on a balloon pump for your easier inflation. Do not over-inflate (inflate to 80% full) to prevent it from bursting.
Balloons pose a choking and suffocation hazard to children. Adult supervision required. Discard broken balloons at once.
