Same-Day Courier Delivery ($15)
Planning a last-minute celebration? We've got you covered! With our same-day courier delivery service, you can get your party supplies just in time to keep the fun going. Please check out the details below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience!
1. Order Cut-Off Time:
-Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (Monday-Friday) to qualify for same-day delivery.
-Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery or another available delivery slot.
2. Delivery Timing:
-Orders qualifying for same-day delivery will be delivered before 10:00 PM on the same day.
-We are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests within this window.
3. Non-Eligible Items:
-Customised orders and inflated balloon orders (normal air-filled and helium-filled) are not eligible for same-day delivery. Please place a separate order with the correct delivery options for these items.
-If your order contains such items, the entire order will default to our standard delivery timeline.
4. Delivery Charges & Weight Limit:
-The standard same-day courier delivery fee is $15, applicable for parcels up to 8kg.
-If your order exceeds 8kg, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution or to provide an updated delivery fee.
5. Additional Surcharges:
-For deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas, and Changi, an additional surcharge applies. Please refer to the latest surcharge rates from our delivery partner. $10 entry fee is required for delivery into Sentosa, Changi Airport, Changi Aviation Centre and Tuas South 637, 636 postal code. $15 surcharge applies for delivery to Changi Airline house area.
6. Third-Party Courier Service & Delivery Limitations:
-Our same-day delivery service is fulfilled by an external third-party courier.
-While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen external factors (such as weather conditions, traffic, or operational delays from the courier) may impact the delivery timeframe.
-In the rare event that our courier partner is unable to complete the delivery within the same day, we will request a refund from the courier.
7. Customer Agreement: By selecting same-day delivery at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms, including:
-The outsourced nature of the courier service.
-The possibility of delays due to external factors.
