- PleaseĀ schedule for delivery 1 to 2 hours prior your actual eventĀ to ensure balloons areĀ at their freshest point
- For delivery to hotel (/shopping mall), please receive your balloons at the hotel lobby(/drop-off point)
- DeliveryĀ at a specific time is subject to availability. Actual delivery time varies from 30 mins before or after your stated deliveryĀ timeĀ due to unforeseen weather condition and traffic
- Please help us toĀ ensureĀ there will be someone to receive the balloons at your stated delivery date/time asĀ re-delivery is chargeable at $30 and subject to availability
- All inflated balloons are non-refundableĀ once balloons are handed over in goodĀ condition

1.Inflation Guidelines:
To prevent bursting, avoid over-inflation of balloons. We recommend inflate to the stated balloon size for optimal results.
2.Helium Use:
Not all balloons are suitable for helium inflation. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding the use of helium in our balloons.
3.Defects:
Please be aware that defects in balloons may only become apparent after inflation. If you receive any defective items, kindly send us photographs for assessment. Based on this, we will advise if a replacement or refund should be provided.
4.Product Variations:
Be advised that there may be slight variations in colour and size from what is depicted in images or described in product descriptions.
5.Safety Precautions:
Uninflated or damaged latex balloons present a choking hazard, particularly for children under the age of 8. We strongly recommend adult supervision at all times when children are playing with balloons.

---The bigger the balloon you inflate, the longer the floating time, BUT lesser number of balloons you can inflate---
-For First time users, we suggest:-
*to turn on the valve just a little bit, and lift the nozzle slowly, so that gas wont come out too fast and burst the balloon
*ensure you have a good seal between the nozzle and balloon neck so no helium escapes while inflating, and tightly close the valve when storing your tank to prevent helium leakage.

š18-40 inch FOIL balloon: 24 hours
āFOIL balloons usually float at least a day, but please note that not all balloon can float with helium, please check with your supplier before inflate with helium.

- Do not turn on the valve without the nozzle
- Helium is a safe, non flammable, non toxic, inert gas
- As long as the green valve is closed tightly after use, you can store the tank for up to one year from initial use.
- Store the tank indoor, dry, well ventilated room and away from direct sunlight
- Helium is not toxic nor flammable, however intentionally inhaling of helium can result in loss of consciousness due to insufficient oxygen.
- Because Helium tank is a very special product, Please take video when opening and operating the helium tank from start to the end (so we know how it was operated and would be able to assist you from there). This will also serve as a proof when the helium tank is faulty.
- Disposable helium tank can be safely disposed off in the trash. Release all the remaining gas before you put it in the bin/recycle bin.
