HELIUM BALLOON DELIVERY [Within Singapore]
- Island wide Door-to-door deliveries: $35 per trip for 10am-7pm
- Same Day Delivery (3-5pm/5-7pm) is available subject to availability for order placed before 12pm
- Time slot available : 10-12pm, 1-3pm, 3-5pm, 5-7pm
- Please schedule for delivery 1 to 2 hours prior your actual event to ensure balloons are at their freshest point
- For delivery to hotel (/shopping mall), please receive your balloons at the hotel lobby(/drop-off point)
- Delivery at a specific time is subject to availability. Actual delivery time varies from 30 mins before or after your stated delivery time due to unforeseen weather condition and traffic
- Please help us to ensure there will be someone to receive the balloons at your stated delivery date/time as re-delivery is chargeable at $30 and subject to availability
- All inflated balloons are non-refundable once balloons are handed over in good condition

1.Inflation Guidelines:
To prevent bursting, avoid over-inflation of balloons. We recommend inflate to the stated balloon size for optimal results.
2.Helium Use:
Not all balloons are suitable for helium inflation. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding the use of helium in our balloons.
3.Defects:
Please be aware that defects in balloons may only become apparent after inflation. If you receive any defective items, kindly send us photographs for assessment. Based on this, we will advise if a replacement or refund should be provided.
4.Product Variations:
Be advised that there may be slight variations in colour and size from what is depicted in images or described in product descriptions.
5.Safety Precautions:
Uninflated or damaged latex balloons present a choking hazard, particularly for children under the age of 8. We strongly recommend adult supervision at all times when children are playing with balloons.

*Estimates are based on optimal inflation without gas wastage to inflate 9inch latex balloons. Please note that if you inflate up to 11inch, you'd require double of 9inch latex helium capacity. if you inflate 18-20inch foil shape balloon, you'd require 2-3 times more helium than 9inch latex
The larger the balloon, the fewer you can inflate—but they will float longer.
⏰ Balloon Floating Times:
9–10” latex: 5–6 hours
11–12” latex: 6–8 hours
18–40” foil: 24+ hours
💡 Foil balloons usually float for at least a day, but not all foil balloons are suitable for helium. Please confirm with your balloon supplier before inflating.
🎉 For Best Results:
Use high-quality balloons (like the ones from our store!). Low-grade balloons may pop easily, oxidize faster, and have shorter float times.
⚠️ Safety & Storage Reminders:
- Never turn on the valve without the nozzle in place.
- Helium is non-toxic, non-flammable, and inert.
- After use, ensure the green valve is closed tightly. The tank can be stored for up to 1 year from first use.
- Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
- Do not inhale helium—doing so can cause loss of consciousness due to lack of oxygen.
📸 Important:
Due to the nature of helium tanks, please record a video when opening and operating the tank (from start to end). This helps us assist you better in case of any issues and serves as proof.
🗑️ Disposal:
After use, release any remaining gas completely and dispose of the empty tank in a regular trash or recycle bin.
