- Delivery will take place anytime between 9am to 10pm. Time slot delivery is not available
- Free standard courier on orders over $60 - parcel only (in a single purchase)
HELIUM BALLOON DELIVERY [Within Singapore]
- Island wide Door-to-door deliveries: $35 per trip for 10am-7pm
- Same Day Delivery (3-5pm/5-7pm) is available subject to availability for order placed before 12pm
- Time slot available : 10-12pm, 1-3pm, 3-5pm, 5-7pm
- Please schedule for delivery 1 to 2 hours prior your actual event to ensure balloons are at their freshest point
- For delivery to hotel (/shopping mall), please receive your balloons at the hotel lobby(/drop-off point)
- Delivery at a specific time is subject to availability. Actual delivery time varies from 30 mins before or after your stated delivery time due to unforeseen weather condition and traffic
- Please help us to ensure there will be someone to receive the balloons at your stated delivery date/time as re-delivery is chargeable at $30 and subject to availability
- All inflated balloons are non-refundable once balloons are handed over in good condition

1.Inflation Guidelines:
To prevent bursting, avoid over-inflation of balloons. We recommend inflate to the stated balloon size for optimal results.
2.Helium Use:
Not all balloons are suitable for helium inflation. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding the use of helium in our balloons.
3.Defects:
Please be aware that defects in balloons may only become apparent after inflation. If you receive any defective items, kindly send us photographs for assessment. Based on this, we will advise if a replacement or refund should be provided.
4.Product Variations:
Be advised that there may be slight variations in colour and size from what is depicted in images or described in product descriptions.
5.Safety Precautions:
Uninflated or damaged latex balloons present a choking hazard, particularly for children under the age of 8. We strongly recommend adult supervision at all times when children are playing with balloons.

How to order?
Each card comes with a character in GOLD (letter/number/symbol) of your choice
1.Choose what would you like your banner to say? eg, for "ONE", add each letter 'O','N','E' into cart
2.STRING (10m), PLASTIC NEEDLE and GLUE DOTS (100 dots) need to purchase separately under option 'STRING only' / 'GLUEDOT only' / PLASTIC NEEDLE only' [no banner card]
***Things to note***
1. SELF ASSEMBLE REQUIRED
2. String and glue dots need to purchased separately.
3. Price stated is for 1 Letter Card only.
Flag Card: 16cm x 20cm
Letter: about 10cm in height.
String: 5mm x 10m
Glue dots: 100 dots
Letters are made from one-sided glitter cardstock
Flag cards are made from 250g cardstock
Steps to paste letter on the card:
1. Tear out a glue dot with the glue dot still on the backing
2. Stick the glue dot to the back of the letter (Avoid touch the glue dot with your finger)
3. Peal off the backing of the glue dot
4. Paste the letter on the Card
U can re-paste the letter of its not centered properly.
Just slowing plug it up for the card, and paste it down again.
