WHAT WE DO
Party Force is a Singapore-based modern party company built to bring your special celebrations to life!
By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:
- You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. In the event that an incorrect product is ordered, we shall not be held liable to amend/cancel any confirmed orders.
- When order placed, you will receive an email from us. Your order will only be confirmed and processed once your payment has been verified.
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if the product(s) is out of stock.
- For For bulk order inquiry and purchase, you can contact us directly using our Contact Us form.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal as well as Paynow/Paylah.
- For payment via paynow/paylah/bank deposit, after clicking “Complete order”, please Paynow/Paylah to 9035 9478 (Party Force) and send the screenshot(/receipt) with order number to 9035 9478 once payment is done. Please note that your order will only be processed once your payment has been verified.
- In the case that a refund is required, it will be processed via your original mode of payment
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- We do not provide Cash Refunds for Returns.
- No order cancellation upon order confirmation, there will be no returnable, refundable and exchangeable for all items purchased.
- For Products with manufacturing faulty cases, we will do one to one exchange. If there's no replacement items available, we will exchange with other items of same value.
- Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days from the order date (unless otherwise stated). In cases for any defective or incorrect merchandise sent, please drop us an email with a clear snapshot of the defect or incorrect item within 5 working days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unused, not damaged, and returned with all included items in their proper packaging.
